For years, I’ve worked in commercial roles, with an active social life, and a busy calendar—the classical ‘rat race.’ This resulted in tension-related issues, chronic pain, anxiety, and ultimately burnout.

Breathwork has been a game-changer for me. I learned how to discharge my body, release stress and emotions, and step out of my head. By integrating breathwork, my nervous system reset, the pain disappeared, and I discovered more about myself. This helped me understand what truly matters in life.

With The Breathwork Company, I aim to provide depth without being esoteric. My mission is to make breathwork accessible to anyone who wants to release, grow, and get more out of life.

About breathwork

On average, we breathe around 22,000 times a day, an automatic and unconscious process. Were you aware that your breathing responds to life events? Emotions such as anger, sadness, stress, and unresolved traumas embed themselves in your body, creating tensions and impeding the natural flow of your breath.

Breathwork offers a practical approach to dissolve these blockages. No vague stuff, just a tangible method to release tension, clarify your thoughts, and  let go of old baggage.

Breathwork brings body, mind, and spirit back into harmony, facilitating healing on all levels: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

What can you achieve with breathwork?

BREATHWORK FAQ’S

  • Do not eat more than a light meal beforehand.
  • Avoid abdominal exercises right before the breath session.
  • Wear comfortable clothing, preferably without zippers or buttons.
  • Avoid consuming too many caffeinated beverages before the session.
  • Do not schedule too much after the session.

If you fall into this category, it is currently not advisable to do a breath session. If in doubt, send me a message.

The frequency of breathwork varies depending on personal needs and goals.

Regular breathwork can help reduce stress, increase energy levels, promote emotional balance, improve concentration, and strengthen overall well-being.

Appointments canceled or changed within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be fully charged.
